Very friendly and professional. My only concern was - when we first met on the morning of my surgery he thought I was having a slightly different surgery which gave me anxiety. I’m this was soon resolved when he checked my paperwork.

Thank you for completing my surgery, the incision sites as clean and barely noticable already leaving minimal scaring. You explained everything throughly and concisely. The check in 3 weeks after surgery was helpful and made me feel reassured that I’m healing as should be.

Mr Palmer was amazing, he spoke to me regularly to make sure everything was ok. He made sure everything was comfortable, and explaining everything so that it was more understandable. And answered every question perfectly.

Id never met Mr parmar before my surgery during clinic, so I was a little sceptical on who was doing my surgery when I had the surgery date come through and his name was the surgeon, but from the time I met him on the date of my surgery he put me at ease, answered my questions and explained everything to me. Mr parmar visited me a few times on the ward to make sure I was alright and got me the best care from the nurses that I needed for my certain surgery. He also has phoned me up to make sure I was okay and doing well at home.

Mr Parmar was extremely professional and empathetic when I came to visit him for a consultation regarding pain with gallstones. I was so grateful for his sense of urgency in fitting me in for surgery very last minute before Christmas. On the day of the surgery Mr Parmar was very reassuring when he visited pre op and also came straight to see me to let me know how the surgery went as soon as I was back on the ward. Not only was Mr Parmar very attentive while at the hospital but I also received a follow up phone call from him a week later to see how I was getting on with recovery. Mr Palmer recently completed my laparoscopic gall bladder surgery at Spire, he was very professional and explained the procedure fully, I met him at my consultation, the day of my surgery and he then followed up with a further call a week later to review my recovery and answer any follow up questions, my overall experience with Mr Palmer and Spire was exceptional.

Mr Pamar is a surgeon of excellence. From our initial consultation to surgery he was very professional and compassionate. My surgery experience was amazing. The only regret I have is that I had my sleeve gasterectomy sooner.
